The Bartow Bloomin’ Arts Festival is a completely volunteer-run community event—and it simply would not be possible without our incredible volunteers!
Each year, friends, families, students, and neighbors come together to make this festival a success. Join us for a weekend filled with art, fun, and friendly faces as we celebrate creativity in downtown Bartow.
Volunteer Opportunities
We’re looking for volunteers to assist with:
🎨 Booth Sitting for Artists – Watch artists’ booths while they take short breaks (no handling of artwork or sales).
💧 Water Distribution – Deliver bottled water to artists and volunteers during the day.
🧹 Setup & Cleanup Help – Assist before opening and after closing to keep everything running smoothly.
⛺️ Children’s Activity Tent – Help kids with art projects and keep supplies organized.
🧶 Quilt Show – Greet visitors and help keep the display area tidy.
ℹ️ Information Booth – Share event schedules, directions, and general festival info.
Who Can Volunteer
Anyone with a cheerful spirit and a willingness to help is welcome!
Students, families, civic groups, and individuals of all ages make this festival shine.
